These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TraffiLog app and website ("TraffiLog", "we", "us"). By linking or using TraffiLog, you agree to these Terms. TraffiLog is an independent app that works with Ring devices and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ring or Amazon.

The service

TraffiLog reads the event history of the Ring cameras and doorbells you choose to share and presents it as an activity dashboard — busiest hours, daily and weekly trends, and a per-camera breakdown. TraffiLog is an informational analytics tool.

Not a security or life-safety system

TraffiLog is not a security, alarm, surveillance, or life-safety system and must not be relied upon as one. It does not provide real-time alerts and does not monitor or identify individuals. The information it shows depends on third-party services (including Ring), network availability, and device connectivity, and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Do not use TraffiLog for any situation where a failure could lead to injury, loss, or property damage.

Eligibility and accounts

You must have a Ring account, compatible Ring devices, and an active Ring Protect plan or trial. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email associated with your account and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Use TraffiLog only for devices and locations you are authorized to monitor.
• Do not use TraffiLog to track, identify, or profile individuals, or to violate the privacy or rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Subscriptions

TraffiLog's free tier is offered at no charge. Any paid plans are activated and managed through the Ring Appstore and Ring My Apps in your Ring app.

Disclaimer of warranties

TraffiLog is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraffiLog and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable information or from reliance on the service.

Termination

You may stop using TraffiLog at any time by disconnecting it from Ring My Apps. We may suspend or terminate the service or your access if these Terms are violated or to protect the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
