Getting started

Install TraffiLog from the Ring Appstore in your Ring app, choose the cameras and doorbells you want to include, and you'll be redirected to confirm. Account linking is automatic — there's no separate password to create. You'll need an active Ring Protect plan or trial for your devices.

Signing in later

Already linked? On the dashboard, choose "Sign in with email", enter the email on your Ring account, and we'll send a 6-digit code. Enter it to sign in — no password needed.

Why is my dashboard empty?

• Activity only appears from after you linked TraffiLog — there's no backfill of older history.
• Give it a little time. Events show up as motion and doorbell presses happen.
• If a camera shows nothing you expected, check that device's Motion settings in the Ring app.

What data does TraffiLog use?

TraffiLog reads event-history metadata (event type and timestamps) from the cameras you share, plus your Ring account email and device names. It never accesses video, audio, or images. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I see people vs vehicles?

Not in the free version. TraffiLog's dashboard shows when activity happens — motion, doorbell presses, and live views — by hour, day, and camera. People counts and classification are planned for a future Pro version.

How do I delete my data?

Disconnect TraffiLog from Ring My Apps in your Ring app to stop all data access immediately. To delete the account data we hold, email staff@trakr.cam from your account email.
